Description:
We’re looking for a graphic designer with a well rounded background and skillset to help our team with a wide variety of tasks on a Monday through Friday basis.

At Side, we have over 200 different real estate businesses with individual brand identities that are a part of our portfolio that we work with every day. Almost everything you would be helping with would potentially require you to be synced with one of our main Dropbox folders in order to have access to the appropriate assets for those 200 different businesses.

Some of the projects you would potentially be working on include:

– Saving logos, headshots, and other miscellaneous images in a particular way using Photoshop and Illustrator
– Adding files to Dropbox and cloudinary.com
– Adding information/data to Salesforce.com and our internal application
– Creating email banners and social profile images using InDesign
– Updating MailChimp templates
– Using Google Slides

Description

Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate must possess strong verbal and written English communication skills, be detail oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Post Campaign follow-up: Database (HubSpot) Updates, Fulfillment on delivering/shipping promised promotional items, Update reports

• Maintain the Recruiting Department budget and expenses in cooperation with the Accounting Manager

• Keep Marketing and promotional material stock.

• Document management for the Marketing and Recruiting Departments which includes but is not limited to: Membership Agreements, Membership Agreement Exhibits, Membership Agreement Payment Plans, Territory tracking (red flag report), Membership additions and terminations, etc.

• Webinar management and statistical reports.

• Create daily, weekly, and yearly statistical reports for the Marketing and Recruiting departments to evaluate.

REQUIREMENTS:
• HubSpot experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong proofing skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills

 I am looking for a virtual assistant that can work with me long term and grow with the company. I am looking to start around 8-15 hours a week.
The hours are super flexible with no harsh deadlines. The start date is flexible.
Things I need assistance with and experience would be great with are:
  • Researching information and writing blog posts. A fair amount I will have the info you need and already have the title of the posts I need written.
  • Making Pinterest pins for posts
  • Scheduling posts through tailwind to Pinterest
  • Joining groups and boards for me on Facebook and Pinterest. Consistently promoting my blog on scheduled promo days.
  • Some knowledge of backlinking and SEO. I do not need someone to do SEO.
  • Aiding in writing and creating materials (excel sheets, printables, freebies, etc.) for websites and online courses.
  • Not necessary but would be a plus if you are experienced in growing website traffic.
  • Again not necessary but experience using google docs, wix, convertkit, clickfunnels and teachable would be great!
