Ideally, we’re looking for someone who has customer support experience at a D2C e-commerce company.

Patients are trying to schedule with our doctors and are having a hard time due to long wait times for calls at our clinics. Your mission as our customer service representative is to assist patients with scheduling appointments over the phone and help them schedule a time to see their doctors. This position is critical to our operations at Akido and may lead to full-time opportunities.
Need to haves:
– Fluent in Spanish and English
– Passionate about customer service and enjoy helping people
– Prior experience in a customer service role
Nice to haves:
– Prior experience working in doctors offices

Administrative Assistant

This is a part-time position, starting with around 10 hours per week (with room to grow over time).
