I am seeking a VA from anywhere in the world that can also work with my schedule. I split my time between California and Germany.
The main task will be to read and stay on top of my work emails. They will need to help me draft the complete email in a grammatically coherent and business professional manner. English is not my first language, but I will provide the exact main points for the foundation of the email. In addition, letting me know what new emails have come in or what emails are still outstanding to be followed up on. This will be 80% of the work.
The secondary tasks will be occasionally updating or making a PPT. Or booking a hotel/ restaurant/ following up with prior calls. And possibly some light reserching.

We are looking for a full time virtual/executive assistant that has a background in marketing, writing and communications working for an executive. This is a full time role that will work from 7am to 6pm (Eastern Standard Time -5GMT) Monday – Friday.
