Description
We’re looking for an excellent customer representative to work closely with us, overseeing and ensuring the completion of various tasks within a rapidly growing online educational company.

The Role – Most of your work will revolve around the following:

Speaking with clients to do the following:

– Assisting to build out systems and flows to improve customer service
– Extremely varied role – with lots of different things to help out with within the business
– Working alongside our other virtual assistant based in Australia (so the hours and tasks are shared depending on your availability).
– Answering the phone between 9am – 3:30pm AEST (Sydney) – These hours are preferable but negotiable.
– Calling students to confirm their attendance at the upcoming workshop
– Welcome calls to introduce them to the program and course
– Booking students on the phone to speak with a coach
– Following up emails with phones calls or text messages
– Care calls when needed to help people having trouble with the course

Admin Roles:

– Scheduling coaching sessions using Calendly links (very easy)
– Liaising with the coach to open up additional availability where necessary
– Updating attendance spreadsheets (RSVP’s)
– Updating Zoho CRM with notes based on customer calls (keeping things organized).
– Updating sales information onto spreadsheets as new sales come through

Job # 2:

Pay:  $12-15/hourly
Job Description
I am looking for a VA/Admin to assist and support in all things using the backend of my  Ontraport Platform.

I am a Business Coach who has alot of mini programs/larger programs and require an assistant to pull together content, add it to the backend and set up the product/sale pages.

You will also assist with scheduling and sending out emails to the database
Setting up Webinars/Masterclasses as and when needed from setting up the page/ the product/ the images and the campaign sequences.

Your role will be to ensure the Website and the Backend is always updated with the latest programs/events and Member portal for our Products.

I am looking for someone who is self led can work on minimal instruction

If you have worked with an Online Content Creator/Business Coach this will be highly regarded

Hi wonderful VAs!
I have a wonderful client that is looking to add another VA to her team for personal email management. She is a very busy business owner and consultant on many projects and needs additional support in managing her personal email.
She is looking for 5-10 hours per week at $20/hr (rate flexible based on experience) of ongoing, long-term work to manage, filter, and reply to emails on her behalf. This will include signing documents and corresponding via text/call throughout the day to help support email management.
She is looking for someone with extensive experience as an executive assistant who can help put a clear system in place for ongoing personal email management.

My client, Jande, is looking to add a VA to her team. She designs digital prints and sells them on Etsy, Jane, and more.
This VA would add her product listings to 5 different sites she sells on. She has 1k listings so far so initially, you would be adding all of those to the sites she uses (1k listings X 5 sites = 5k listings).
After that, you would add new product listings as she creates new products.
You may also post her videos to Pinterest and IG (she is not looking for a social media manager – just someone to post videos she records).
A bonus would be if you knew Pinterest and Tailwind, but it is NOT required. She gets a lot of traffic from Pinterest and wants to better optimize her presence there (aka making pins for her product listings). Again, not required.
